Akingbola made this decision on Tuesday when he was given the option to either continue his case from where the former presiding judge, Justice Habeed Abiru, stopped before he was elevated to the Court of Appeal, or to start afresh.</span></div>

But Akingbola’s counsel, Mike Igbokwe (SAN), when asked by the court of his feeling on whether to continue, stated that as a new team, they preferred a fresh trial, though the prosecution preferred to continue from where they stopped.</span></div>

This is coming after a long wait and plans by the National Assembly to override President Jonathan on the 2013 Budget.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">However, he signed the budget in secret contrary to previous years when it was done in full public glare.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">According to <a href="http://www.punchng.com/news/at-last-jonathan-signs-2013-budget/" style="text-decoration: none;" target="_blank">Punch</a>, he signed the document in secret despite the fact that State House correspondents, who were earlier mobilised for the signing ceremony, were waiting at the lobby of his office.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><a href="http://www.channelstv.com/home/2013/02/26/jonathan-signs-2013-budget-into-law/" style="text-decoration: none;" target="_blank">Channels TV</a> reports that President Jonathan was initially reluctant about assenting to the budget which was forwarded to him on January 14 following claims that the National Assembly increased the budget by moving allocations from Ministries, Departments and Agencies to fund constituency projects.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">President Jonathan was also alleged to have, based on the promptings of a senior minister, insisted that corrections on the budget be made in details before his assent.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">According to a statement signed by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, <strong>Reuben Abati</strong>, the signing of the 2013 budget followed several consultations and an agreement between the Executive and the Legislature.</span></div>

She was taken to the hospital with a broken tooth after he hit her in the side of the head at Plaistow tube station. Then on November 13th 2012 he jogged up behind a 16-year-old girl in the High Street and punched her in the head. The teenager fell to the ground, breaking three of her teeth. search is on for the most creative young fashion designer who would launch
his/her outfit by the end of 2013 in the UNVEILED PROJECT, a competition
organised to discover, showcase, empower and help to establish talented young
Nigerians who desire to take their love for fashion to the next level by either
starting their own fashion label or exposing them to already established
fashion brands where they could be offered jobs as designers. This competition
is organised by AnoksEmma Concepts in conjunction with WalkThruWalls Media and
is open to upcoming designers or anyone with passion for fashion and fashion
design but have inadequate skills or resources to start, run and excel in the
fashion industry.</span></div>

of creative skills and abilities that each person possess. </span><span lang="EN-GB">Some of the assigned tasks would include designing for random
clients (such as random university students and other individuals), celebrities
and TV presenters. Contestants who make it to the semi finals would have the
option of attending a fashion school or work as interns with an established
fashion designer to help them prepare for the challenges ahead as well as to
design and showcase their own collection at the December edition of the UNVEILED
