Controversial leader of the Christian Association of Nigerian CAN, Ayo Oritsejafor has established his own private university.
President Goodluck Jonathan is expected in Delta State on June 3 for the ground breaking ceremony of the university owned by the ‘man of God’.
The new higher institution named Eagle Heights University, is coming just weeks after President Jonathan performed the ground breaking ceremony of Nigeria Maritime University in Delta state.
Eagle Heights University is owned by the President of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor.
With the new university located at Omadino in Warri South Local Government Area, the number of privately-owned universities will now be three, bringing to six the number of universities in Delta State.
The President had on May 10, performed the ground breaking ceremony of Nigeria Maritime University at Okerenkoko, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, with a call for human capacity development, identified as a major component for national transformation and development.
