This was followed by media chats in Ibadan, Lagos and London last month. The London media chat was topped with a courtesy visit/mobilisation campaign to our respected High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, His Excellency, Dr. Dalhatu Sarki Tafida, CFR, on Wednesday August 22, 2012. He received us warmly and promised to collaborate with the planning committee.
“We are also in contact with distinguished citizens and socially-responsible corporate bodies who share the qualities of KSA as a pious, humble, creative, durable artiste and who in return, continues to receive local and global acceptance on and off the stage.
“The first stage act, he noted “is an opener to the other events for the festival,” adding that “we are not taking things for granted to put up the best show ever in the history of entertainment in Ibadan.”
