Adamawa Governor, Murtala Nyako

The Adamawa state governor, Murtala Nyako, has exonerated President Goodluck Jonathan  from having a hand in the current impeachment moves instituted by the State House of Assembly against him and his deputy.
Nyako said the move to oust him from office is orchestrated by some desperate politicians on Adamawa state who are based in Abuja. He made this revelation while speaking with pressmen at the Yola Government House after his return  from Abuja on Friday, July 4, 2014.
The governor also added that the political crisis plaguing the state is the handiwork of some senior citizens of the state, stressing that no external influence is involved.
Nyako has been away from the state since the advent of the impeachment moves and political crisis. He only returned to the state on Friday.
